First

Tonight we experienced several firsts. 

We welcomed to Ukraine missionaries newer than we are.
We traveled alone together, to another city.

We experienced our first Ukranian frukte.

We had dinner for the first time in a Ukranian home.

We found our way home in a Taxi after dark.

We gave our first lesson to a less active member.

We began our урок (lesson) by saying: "We would like to introduce you to our family."  Then we shared our forty-eight+ most important reasons to serve.  They loved you all.  Саша said she is certain that our Венуки (grandchildren) are proud of us.  Светлана has accepted our invitation to begin looking for family members that she can take to the temple.  We meet with her again tomorrow.  The gospel is true.  We love you, and so does your Heavenly Father.

p.s.
We had a wonderful second lesson with Светлана on Thursday.  She is excited about getting help with her family history.  We found that she had a great grandfather who received a medal for service during the First World War which was called Knights of Peter the First (or something like that.)  We have another appointment on Sunday.  She commited to come to church and we will talk with her afterward more about family history!  Family History  is a GREAT missionary tool!!
